Inspiration on Healthy Goal Setting for Students
Here is my plan for inspiration:
I have become a Huelagan!
No, it's not what you think LOL. I have joined Huel. According to Julian, the founder of Huel, their mission is to make nutritionally complete, convenient, and affordable food, with minimal impact on animals and the environment.
The thing to know about me is that I struggle to eat properly and healthily on a daily basis. I always forget to take my vitamins. I like takeouts it may not be healthier for your immune system than cooking but it takes less time and when I'm hungry, I just want my food.
With Huel, I'm getting 100% Nutrition, it's simple to consume since I'm basically just drinking it like juice. I save a lot of money by not buying takeout every week, I also save a lot of time not cooking every day.
There is no food waste to tow out since I hate wasting food, and it's plant-based and vegan friendly. For me though, one of the best parts is that it tastes good.
Salted caramel and Vanilla are my favourite Huel flavours.
You can make the healthiest food in the world, but if it tastes like crap, I'm not eating that.
That and I also need to learn how to cook, but cooking is a story for another day.
See the Foodie section of my blog for help with all things about food. We can learn to cook together.

- Remember to take care of yourself by getting enough sleep, eating well, and staying active.
20. Don't be afraid to ask for help
- Whether it's a professor, a tutor, or a peer, don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.
